21/11/03

Also back are Peter Lonard and Stephen Leaney, the Australian pair that sat out the morning four-balls session.

Lonard joins South Korea's KJ Choi in the first match at 13:30 local time 11:30 am (GMT), while Leaney teams up with compatriot Robert Allenby ten minutes later.

US captain Jack Nicklaus has opted not to separate Tiger Woods and Charles Howell, despite their 5&3 thumping at the hands of Els and Tim Clark this morning.

Clark, meanwhile, will have a second chance at beating the World No. 1 when he tees up with Retief Goosen in the third match.

Jim Furyk and Justin Leonard, who represented the US in the World Cup at Kiawah Island last week, will reunite in match five and square up to Mike Weir and Vijay Singh.

The Pairings:

Match 1: Perry/Kelly v Choi/Lonard
Match 2: Funk/Toms v Allenby/Leaney
Match 3: Woods/Howell v Clark/Goosen
Match 4: DiMarco/Mickelson v Els/Scott
Match 5: Furyk/Leonard v Singh/Weir
